Refund & Cancellation Policy

IT Ninjas, LLC (“DR IT – The IT Ninjas”) is committed to providing reliable technology services to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

1. Managed IT Services (Monthly Agreements)

Managed service agreements are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Cancellation requires written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Services will continue during the notice period.
• Monthly service fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
• Early termination may be subject to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

2. Project-Based Services

Project services (such as website development, security hardening, migrations, or consulting) may require a deposit prior to work beginning.

• Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded at our discretion, less any planning or administrative time incurred.

3. Website Hosting & Maintenance Plans

Website hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually.

• Plans may be cancelled with written notice prior to the next billing date.
• Fees are non-refundable once the hosting or maintenance period has begun.
• Upon cancellation, website backups may be provided upon request.

4. Hardware, Software & Third-Party Services

Any hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, or third-party services purchased on your behalf are:

• Non-refundable once ordered or provisioned.
• Subject to the vendor’s own refund policies.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services while the matter is reviewed.

6. Policy Updates

IT Ninjas, LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
